You can refer to the following measurements:

60 cm to 66 cm	6 months
66 cm to 70 cm	9 months
70 cm to 74 cm	12 months
74 cm to 80-82 cm	18 months
80-82 cm to 86 cm	2 years

 

If your measurements are between 2 sizes, it is recommended to choose the next size up for your child's comfort.
